Brantford
Customer Service Recognition program.
- We believe great
customer service is invaluable – this is our way of
honouring individuals who go the extra mile for
their customers, making our city a great place to
live or visit!

Those you nominate
should exhibit the following Five Star Qualities: |

- They are genuinely
friendly – they smile and make eye contact.
- They provide
responsive, prompt and efficient service.
- They are
knowledgeable, helpful and informative to customers.
- They go above and
beyond to exceed customer expectations.
- They are true
ambassadors for their organization and the City of
Brantford.

Here’s how this works: |
|
| |
- Step 1:
Simply fill out the attached form or go online to
www.starsofthegrand.ca to nominate your Star of
the Grand: Brantford. Or you can fill out the
brochure found at various tourism businesses and
attractions in the city of Brantford.
- Step 2:
Nominated individuals will receive a Stars of the
Grand: Brantford lapel pin, a certificate of recognition, a
letter of congratulations (that will be sent to
his/her supervisor), and a copy of the original
nomination.
- Step 3: At
the end of each month, all of the nominations
received will be given to an independent judging
panel. This panel will weigh each nomination against
the Five Star Qualities and the description of
service, with the highest scoring
nomination earning the honour of Star of the Month.
- Step 4:
Monthly winners will be entered into the running for
the Customer Service Recognition Award, one of
Tourism Brantford’s annual Shining Stars Tourism
Awards. This winner not only receives a Shining
Stars Tourism Award, they also become that year’s
Star of the Grand: Brantford!
